Landlines


AF looks after over 5000 fixedline services. Our managed switching service will help you move existing lines to our framework agreement, but we can also help install new lines, even to a location where there is no current infrastructure.

Our dedicated support desk manages a line fault from your initial report, with ‘while you wait’ line testing, to getting Openreach appointed to resolve the fault. We have a range of care levels to suit your needs, including access to a support line manned 24 hours a day, every day, with a 6.5 hour response from Openreach – ideal for business critical lines.

Broadband


AF has built up a wide range of solutions if standard landline broadband is of no use. We will look at your location and requirements, and run through all the options open to you. From fibre, 4G, point-to-point, satellite and bonded to FTTP and leased lines, we can deliver solutions matched to your needs at the best possible price. For members with a less than 2MBPS speed we can help you secure government funding to help pay for the solution that will work for you.

Once a viable internet connection is established you may still need help to get it to work in all areas of your farm, home or office – AF can call on engineers able to design a bespoke Wi-Fi network to solve that frustration once and for all.

Mobile


AF services over 15,000 mobile connections on Vodafone, EE, O2 and 3, all on unique tariffs. Contracts start from £0, ranging from low cost ‘pay-per-use’ call plans to unlimited calls and texts bundles with a range of data bolt-ons to suit all levels of usage. All contracts offer a quarterly ‘revenue share’ cashback plan.

For members with a large number of business mobiles AF has negotiated a discount on Mobile Device Management (MDM) licences.

Mobile Hardware


AF has access to a wide range of mobile hardware, from basic voice only ‘button’ phones, to water and dust resistant handsets, to high end top spec smartphones. Most handsets come with ‘next working day’ exchange for faults covered by the warranty, or AF can offer a repair service for customer damaged hardware. Members can get a 6% discount from Apple for orders placed via the AF office, and on any order over £120 members can choose to split the cost into four bi-monthly instalments at no extra cost.

Tech-Support


Our tech-support specialist is able to offer a wide range of services including transferring contacts, pictures and videos, setting up email, device tuition, as well as device specific queries and problems.
